- Identifying people who were hurt and becoming willing to accept responsibility and make amends.
- Apologizing to those involved, when appropriate, without causing further harm.
- Practicing ongoing self-reflection and taking responsibility for mistakes without blame, so they can be addressed promptly.
- Seeking inner guidance, strength, and clarity through prayer and meditation.
- Carrying these lessons forward by supporting others in recovery and applying them in daily life.
